Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan March 22, 2004 Safety Seven Manufacturing Inc., a wholly owned Canadian company has recently launched their latest product, ErgoMates (patent pending) to the international market. Developed to combat the negative effects of working, walking and standing on hard surfaces, ErgoMates provide companies and their employees with a lightweight, washable, reusable and cost-effective complement to their existing ergonomic strategy. ErgoMates strap on to workers existing shoes and boots, and is the first ever anti-fatigue matting system that is mobile; promoting comfort and well-being for the worker who is always on their feet.

Following the Canadian launch in October of 2003, the US market launch was at the Applied Ergonomics Conference in Florida in March of 2004. The European launch will be in April 2004 at the Ergonoma Conference in Belgium.

The problem of worker fatigue and pain
The Canadian Center for Occupational Health and Safety claims that two out of every three workers may suffer from foot problems. There is a clear need for a product like this in all industrialized marketplaces, says Shelly Dombowsky, President of Safety Seven. For decades people have understood the problems associated with worker fatigue. After years of research and development were excited to have successfully created a solution.

Dombowsky adds, Five minutes of lost productivity per day due to worker fatigue costs a company approximately $500 per year. This statistic, when multiplied across the entire workforce is a convincing justification for improving the problem of worker fatigue.

About ErgoMates
The products revolutionary cushioning system effectively allows the muscles of the back, legs and feet to contract naturally as they adjust to the flexibility and give-and-take of the cushioning material. This improves the workers circulation reducing fatigue by as much as 50% and insulating the worker from the negative effects of impact shock, vibration and cold floors.

ErgoMates can be used by all employees who stand or walk on hard surfaces throughout their workday, or in areas where traditional matting is not practical due to constant movement of personnel and machinery.

Pricing and Availability
ErgoMates come in four sizes for both men and women and easily strap on to all street and safety footwear. Available through various worker supply stores across Canada for $45.00 per pair, ErgoMates is the only product to exceed employer and employee expectations for safety and comfort.
