SaaS veteran Jeff Kristick named chief revenue officer at Avetta

Avetta, a prominent player in the field of supply chain risk management solutions, has announced the appointment of Jeff Kristick as its chief revenue officer (CRO). In a move aimed at steering the company through its next phase of growth, Kristick will head Avetta’s global revenue operations.

“Jeff’s appointment to our new CRO position comes at a pivotal time when Avetta is enjoying strong revenue growth and profitability. We’re thrilled to have Jeff join our leadership team as we scale our organization for the next phase of growth,” said Arshad Matin, Avetta’s CEO.

Kristick is a veteran in the enterprise and Software as a Service (SaaS) sectors, bringing with him over two decades of go-to-market experience. He joins Avetta after holding various leadership roles at TIBCO Software, where he served as the Senior Vice President of TIBCO Sales for North America and Europe. Kristick was instrumental in leading initiatives at TIBCO that contributed to the company’s financial, operational, and market success.

Before his stint at TIBCO, Kristick was the President of Meridian Knowledge Solution. He has also worked in sales and marketing roles at well-known companies such as Oracle, SAP, SuccessFactors, Plateau Systems, and Siebel Systems.

Kristick holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the United States Naval Academy and a master’s degree in business administration and operations from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Avetta’s SaaS platform aids clients in managing supply chain risks and in qualifying their suppliers for jobs. Boasting the world’s largest supply chain risk management network, the platform performs contractor prequalification and worker competency management across a broad range of industries globally, including construction, energy, facilities, high tech, manufacturing, mining, and telecom.

For suppliers, Avetta’s audit and verification services have been shown to reduce safety incidents by 29%. Nearly half of the members reportedly find additional job opportunities within the first year of joining the network. Suppliers also gain exclusive access to the Avetta Marketplace, offering special discounts on business services such as insurance and work gear.

Avetta serves more than 500 enterprise companies and over 125,000 suppliers across 120 countries.
