New emergency Drench Shower provides thorough decontamination: HEMCO

HEMCO has introduced its latest product – the Drench Shower – designed to provide immediate relief to individuals exposed to hazardous chemicals. This solution has both a pull rod activated shower and a push handle eye/face wash system.

Upon activation, the Drench Shower ensures a continuous, non-injurious water flow for a duration of 15 minutes or more. The combined shower and eye/face wash can simultaneously deliver 30 GPM of flowing pressure from the shower head and an additional 8.0 GPM from the eye/face wash, ensuring thorough and effective decontamination, it said in a press release.

Ensuring easy installation, the Drench Shower is set to connect directly to water supply and waste systems. The design and functionality are compliant with both ANSI and OSHA standards.
