HEMCO’s Drench Shower provides enhanced safety in hazardous chemical exposure

HEMCO Corporation’s Drench Shower is designed to provide immediate relief to individuals exposed to hazardous chemicals. This safety shower is equipped with both a pull-rod-activated shower and a push-handle eye/face wash station. It delivers a consistent flow of non-harmful water for a minimum of 15 minutes following activation.

The Drench Shower is notable for its combination of a shower and an eye/face wash feature. It can deliver 30 gallons per minute (GPM) of water flow from the shower head, and 8.0 GPM from the eye/face wash unit. This dual functionality ensures that individuals affected by chemical exposure can receive comprehensive decontamination.

Importantly, the Drench Shower meets stringent safety standards. It complies with the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requirements, ensuring its reliability and effectiveness in emergency situations.
