As of March 5, 2004, Mr. Tino Dente has acquired 100% of Degil Safety Products and in a planned restructuring, Degil has divested themselves of specific non-Degil brand products from their product categories. The products that will no longer be available through Degil are Sqwincher, Sordin, Chase Ergonomics and Guard-Line. Degil will assist in the orderly transition of these products.
Degil will continue to develop and market a strong focused product brand dedicated to the North American market on the ever-growing Degil brands.
