HALIFAX – Police in Nova Scotia say five more people have come forward with allegations of sexual assault against a massage therapist.

RCMP say they have laid six more charges of sexual assault against Martin Huybers of Upper Nine Mile River.

The charges come after a woman alleged last July that she had been sexually assaulted on two occasions during massages at a wellness centre in 2016.

Police said in July that after she came forward, another person made similar allegations.

Huybers has been released, but is not allowed to be alone with women in his practice in Elmsdale.
