RCMP say the blaze happened Monday in the small community of Lemberg, about 120 kilometres northeast of Regina.

A witness says the building appears to be a total loss.

Besides a bar, the hotel houses a cafe and an off-sale outlet.

It’s also the home of the hotel’s owners.

There are no reports of injuries.
