HALIFAX – A woman and man are facing multiple charges after allegedly attacking a Halifax parking enforcement worker with a tire iron and pipe.
Police say the worker was called to a parkade on South Park Street to remove a boot device from a car Monday around 5:20 p-m.
When he arrived, a 27-year-old woman came after him with a tire iron, and a 31-year-old man attacked him with a pipe.
Police say the victim was able to block most of the blows and was not seriously injured.
The woman is facing charges including assault with a weapon and damage to property, while the man has been charged with assault with a weapon.
