SureWerx acquires NEOS Overshoe brand

SureWerx, a global provider of safety, tool and equipment products, has acquired NEOS Overshoe from Rocky Brands, Inc. Terms were not disclosed.

Since 1993, NEOS Overshoe has been designing and manufacturing overshoes built to protect end users from the elements. Today, NEOS products are available to workers across a broad spectrum of industries, including logistics, transportation, utilities, law enforcement, agriculture, and the public sector.

“The NEOS Overshoe offers an extra level of comfort, durability, insulation and traction to help keep feet and shoes dry and protected in the harshest environments,” SureWerx said in a press release. “Overshoe options include integrated ice cleats to minimize slips and falls during winter use, and non-spiked versions, offering 100% protection for your footwear of choice from wet, muddy, snowy and icy conditions.”
