Over 500,000 trained around the world!

Belleville, Ontario, Canada October 20,2003 — Forward thinking companies have learned that safety on the job, at home and on the highway will ensure that they have safe and healthy employees available to work each day. Over 500,000 people have learned the skills to recognize when they are rushing, frustrated, fatigued or complacent thanks to the SafeStart program.

Larry Wilson, Author and creator of SafeStart now introduces SafeTrack, an observation and feedback process designed to teach positive reinforcement of safe behaviors and positive correction of at-risk behavior.

Larry says, ” There are many benefits to an observation and feedback process. The most important benefit is usually a significant decrease in injuries (over 60%). However, there are many others (benefits) as well. Reduced cost, decrease in unsafe conditions, reduced downtime and improved communication just to name a few.

There are 4 units to the SafeTrack program. Each unit will take approximately 3 hours. The course can be conducted in four half-day sessions or two one-day sessions and is comprised of videos, workbooks and a comprehensive leader’s guide.

” Part of our commitment to your success, says Wilson, is the fact that we include 5 days of implementation assistance with our program. It is our objective to help lay a strong foundation from which to build a successful long term program.”
