PELTOR introduces the NEW Intrinsically Safe PowerComPLUS I.S. 2-way radio headset!

Indianapolis Introducing the first self-contained, intrinsically safe 2-Way Radio headset specifically designed for hazardous environments* requiring explosion proof radio transmitters.

This versatile headset comes with 22 pre-programmed UHF channels and 38 sub-channel privacy tones (CTCSS). In open environments, the headset has the ability to transmit up to 2 kilometers!

Additional features include the option of using Voice Activated Transmitting (VOX) or a Push-To-Talk (PTT) button located on the back left ear cup. Designed for use in high noise environments, the PowerComPLUS I.S. comes standard with a noise canceling boom microphone and a certified high noise reduction rating of 25 dB for the headband model. The PowerComPLUS I.S. is available in three band models: headband, hardhat clip-in and neckband.
