NEW EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS & RESPONSE PROGRAM NOW AVAILABLE

MARCH 2014 – BELLEVILLE, ONTARIO – An emergency can happen at any time, usually when we least expect it. That’s why it is important to understand what to do when an emergency happens.

This new program from ERI Safety Videos familiarizes viewers with basic emergency response practices that will help them be prepared for and respond to a crisis or an emergency. It also stresses the responsibility of each employee to be prepared and know how to respond should an emergency occur at their workplace.

The program deals with different types of emergencies including fires, severe weather, chemical spills or exposures, severe injuries, medical emergencies, workplace violence and other emergency situations. This program also includes a variety of training resources including a Leader’s Guide, fact sheet and employee quiz.
