Introducing the New TVA-1000B Data Manager Enhanced Leak Detector

Franklin, Mass (April 4,2003) – Thermo Electron Corporation (formerly doing business as Thermo Environmental Instruments) introduces the new TVA-1000B Data Manager. This product is designed to provide an orderly and concise method of monitoring and tracking Fugitive Emissions within a facility. The TVA-1000B Data Manager is a handheld keyboard and display unit that interfaces to the TVA-1000 through existing scanner port. In addition, the improved system efficiency allows the operator to simply enter alpha-numeric data into the existing database to provide an extremely-powerful graphic user interface.

The TVA-1000B Data Manager software allows users to create their own customized data fields and user defined screens. The new probe has a highly visible 360 degree LED with a pulse rate linked concentration. The product also includes numerous support devices, such as backpack and shoulder strap, plus a handheld sample probe and software.

Other features include data entry flexibility, custom menu selections, improved moisture handling, high visibility concentration indicator and one touch function key.
