PITTSBURGH – Industrial Scientific Corporation is pleased to announce that Dave Wagner has been appointed to the position of Director of Engineering. In this position, he will be responsible for new product development, hardware and software engineering, project management, validation and verification testing, and agency approvals. This position reports directly to the President and CEO.
Dave’s formal training and broad experience in the gas detection industry make him uniquely qualified for this leadership position. Dave graduated from Penn State University with a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering. He also holds an MBA in Management and Technology from Carlow University. He joined Industrial Scientific in 1986 and has held positions of increasing responsibility including Chief Electrical Engineer, General Product Manager, Manager of Customer and Product Services, and General Manager of Service Operations.
