SEPTEMBER 2012 – BELLEVILLE, ONTARIO – Two of the most popular Arc Flash DVDs from ERI Safety Videos have recently been updated for Canada.

2012 CSA Z462 Workplace Electrical Safety is based on the most recent CSA standard. In this program, the dual hazards of electric shock and arc flash are clearly explained and highlighted with dramatic arc flash footage and realistic reenactments. It will convince your workers of the importance of wearing proper PPE, following the correct procedures and speaking up about their concerns.

The Mark Standifer Story: Lessons Learned from an Arc Flash Tragedy has also recently been updated. Mark Standifer received 2nd and 3rd degree burns over 40 percent of his body and was nearly killed when he was engulfed in an arc blast while performing an electrical task at a wastewater treatment plant. He made several crucial errors resulting in a tragedy that will affect Mark and his family for the rest of their lives. This DVD is also available in French.

For complete training flexibility, both DVDs are also available in digital or streaming media format.
