Capital Safety Group Acquires Uniline Safety Systems and Strengthens its Global Fall Protection Systems Business

Red Wing, MN (March 16, 2011) – Capital Safety Group announced today it is acquiring all shares and assets in Uniline Safety Systems, a leading fall protection systems design and manufacturing company in Worcestershire, United Kingdom. The company offers a variety of products and services catering to fall protection market, with key customers in the Wind Energy, Utilities, Marine and Roof Top sectors. Founded in 2000, Uniline Safety Systems has 38 employees and operates out of Redditch, Worcestershire, with additional offices in Australia.

Through this acquisition, Capital Safety Group will supplement its global leadership position with key customer relationships and systems products and expertise, along with complementary geographical strengths to create the largest fall protection systems supplier in the world. Uniline Safety Systems will play a key role in the future development and support of Capital Safety Group’s combined fall protection business.
