How can a business be back up and running the next day following a work place fatality? No business should be allowed to reopen until oh&S investigation has been completed and all safety measures are in place. Question is, will this news story and the outcome of this incident become public, or will it be swept under the table? Every area of the transportation industry needs to improve on safety issues.
