Mining Health & Safety Conference
April 21 - April 23, 2020
The 22nd annual Mining Health & Safety Conference will be hosted by Workplace Safety North in Sudbury.
Each year, about 300 attendees gather to learn and share their knowledge about mining health and safety and to network with industry professionals.
Key areas of focus for presentations include:
- leadership, safety culture and management systems
- research and innovation
- emergency preparedness and mine rescue
- workplace well-being and mental health
- hazards specific to underground work.
The conference will be live-streamed via webcast.
