The Toronto Chapter has great speakers scheduled for Education Day.  Education Day will focus on two areas:

Psychological Health and Safety

The morning will focus on Occupational Health & Safety with Wellness for Maximum Results.  There will be speakers from the Mental Health Commission of Canada, small and large businesses and their experiences implementing CSA’s Psychological Health & Safety standard in the workplace.

Ministry of Labour Updates

The afternoon will focus on the Ministry of Labour.  Speakers will include Richard Burton, Manager, Occupational Health & Safety Programs, Prevention Office, Anna Fliegl, Regional Program Coordinator,  Industrial Health & Safety Program, MOL and Inspectors from Peel to give us updates on new prevention programs and standards and MOL initiatives.
