
Two men working on underground waterlines hurt after blast northeast of Saskatoon

ST. BRIEUX, Sask. – Two men have been hurt after a small explosion in a town northeast of Saskatoon.
RCMP say the men were working on underground water lines in St. Brieux. Mounties say one man was taken to hospital in an air ambulance and the other was driven there by paramedics.
Neither man’s injuries were considered to be life-threatening. RCMP say there is no risk to public safety.
Mounties and provincial Occupational Health and Safety officers are investigating.
