Contest Rules

Contest runs from from January 18, 2010 to March 5, 2010 (7 weeks)

How it works: (Rules & Regs)

Contest entries accepted by:

• Electronic World of Safety Contest Entry and manufacturer sample/information request submissions from www.ohscanada.com
• Or fax World of Safety Contest Entry Form and manufacturer sample/information request cards to (416) 510-5140
• Or return completed pre-addressed Contest Entry and manufacturer sample/information request cards (found in OHS Canada Magazine) by mail.
• Unlimited number of Official Contest Entries per person will be accepted. Only one manufacturer request card or electronic submission per person will be accepted.
• Each manufacturer request card or electronic submission counts as one contest entry.
• 5 Prizes each week.
• 5 names chosen each day for eligibility (25 per week). Names selected at random. Winners selected from eligibility pool. Once selected for eligibility, name stays in contention for prize opportunity for balance of contest duration.
• One prize per person (throughout contest period).
• Eligible contestants and winners posted on www.ohscanada.com
• Weekly winners posted on www.ohscanada.com
• Manufacturers reserve to limit quantities. All offers are considered - While quantities last.

Chances of winning will depend on the number of entries received (hint: chances of winning if you don't enter = 0)

21 1st Aid Kits - 3 per week
