Contest Rules
Contest runs from July 12, 2010 to August 27, 2010 (7 weeks)
How it works: (Rules & Regs)
• Contest entries accepted by:

of Safety manufacturer sample/information request submission.
• Unlimited number of contest entries per person accepted. Only one manufacturer
sample/information request submission per offer per person will be accepted.
• Each manufacturer request card or electronic submission counts as one contest
entry.
• 5 Prizes each week
• 5 names chosen each day for eligibility (25 per week). Names selected at
random– winners selected from eligibility pool. Once selected for eligibility,
name stays in contention for prize opportunity for balance of contest duration
• One prize per person (throughout contest period). All eligible contestants
remain eligible for the Grand Prize draw.
• Eligible contestants and winners posted on ohscanada.com (daily updates)
• Weekly winners posted on ohscanada.com (weekly updates)
• Manufacturers reserve the right to limit quantities. All offers are considered
– While quantities last.
Prizes:
OHS Canada Tees - One per week, 1st Aid Kits - 3 per week, other prizes –
1 per week
Chances of winning will depend on the number of entries received (hint: chances
of winning if you don’t enter = 0)
