Jan. 21, 2016 — OTTAWA, Ont. — YOW Canada Inc. is proud to announce the launch of Ontario’s first blended learning Working at Heights program!

Since April 1, 2015, if you work on construction projects or use fall-protection equipment in Ontario, you must complete an Ontario Ministry of Labour-approved Working at Heights program.

YOW Canada’s WAH training allows workers to complete the Part 1 Basic Theory Training online. This is available to trainees 24/7 with access to a computer with an Internet connection. Part 2, Practical Training, will be delivered over a half-day classroom session to provide learners with the hands-on, practical experience for working safely at heights. The approach of combining online and classroom training has been proven to be very effective, particularly in adult learning.

Are you in compliance with the new WAH regulations?
