Safety Marketing Group announces award winners at 2008 Partnership Conference

TAMPA, FL — Safety Marketing Group (SMG), the world’s largest consortium of independently owned safety equipment distributors has released its annual award winners as announced at this months Partnership Conference in Tampa, FL.
These awards include the Distributor and Preferred Supplier of the Year, Jon Cal Murray Award, and the Rich Harper Commitment to Excellence Supplier Award.
The winners were announced during a special ceremony at the groups annual conference held at the St. Pete Times Forum.
The awards video was played on the Forums giant center-ice scoreboard inside the arena. The St. Pete Times Forum is host to the NHLs 2004 Stanley Cup Champion Tampa Bay Lightning. The winners are as follows:

The competition was tight this year, with only slight percentages separating the top contenders. said Mike Smeaton, President of the Safety Marketing Group upon conclusion of the ceremony.
