North Safety Products introduces the Lightning protective eyewear

Montreal QC (March 2003) North Safety Products is introducing new protective eyewear as a continuation of its mandate to improve its popular line.

Roger Paquette, Product Manager for Norths eyewear line, stated that, we wanted to improve the comfort while still keeping the sporty style The high base panoramic lens offers a wide unobstructed field of view. Weve added new soft-touch comfort pads on the temple ends that will grip the side of the head more comfortably and prevent the spectacles from falling off and in addition, North introduces Flexi-fit the latest in ergonomically designed three point non-slip nose piece that eliminates excessive pressure on the nose. Our engineering team has developed unique self-adjusting temples to ensure a secure and comfortable fit. The frame is made of chemical and heat resistant Elasto LT material. Also unique is the new rapid-change lens replacement system.

North lenses are coated with the exclusive 4A coatings Anti-fog, Anti-scratch, Anti-UV and Anti-static.

Lens colours: clear, Smoke, Amber, Mirror.
Frame colour: Black
The Lightning Plus exceeds CSA Z94.3, ANSI Z87.1-1989 and CE EN 166 requirements.
