Introducing SkeetSafe Insect Repellent from Dentec Safety

Newmarket 2008 — The president of Dentec Safety Specialists Inc., Claudio Dente, saw the warning sign when the West Nile virus was an issue in Canada in 2002.

In 2005, there were 101 cases in Ontario out of 226 in all of Canada resulting in 8 deaths in Ontario out of 12 deaths nationwide. Workers were at serious risk.

As there is no vaccine for West Nile virus, it is imperative that workers prevent mosquitoes from biting. N-diethyl m-toluamide (DEET), the active ingredient in all insect repellents is also used in SkeetSafe Towelettes*. Some of the features are listed below:
