This strategic consolidation focuses the strengths of each of the companies into a single entity that specializes in providing complete safety solutions to the safety, traffic, construction, industrial and janitorial markets.
Aptly named Allsafe Services & Materials, this new company is committed to maintaining the integrity of the two brands as reflected in their new company logo. Allsafe Services & Materials is well on its way to becoming the one-stop shop for safety equipment offering a full line of personal protective equipment and work zone safety products, including hard hats, face shields, safety glasses, reflective vests, traffic
cones, channelizers and barricades.
This is a very exciting time for our company and our customers, said Bill Schubach, newly appointed Vice President of Sales for Allsafe Services & Materials. We are now able to position the pieces and consolidate our sales force to offer our customers a total safety solution. Soon, they will be able to order all of the quality highway and personal protection safety products theyve come to trust from a single source. To ensure the transition is a smooth one, Allsafe Services & Materials will keep the existing 1-800 customer service numbers for both American Allsafe (800/231-1332 phone and 800/730-5001 fax) and Services & Materials Company (800/428-8185 phone and 800/634-9517 fax) intact. Allsafe Services & Materials will use the existing Services & Materials Company location in Fenton, Missouri as the new
corporate office.
