south alberta spinal injury

in 2001 I suffered an on the job injury that resulted in 5 spinal sugeries and steel rods with bolts implanted to fuse 3 levels. each year i consume a large amount of meds and spend countless hours trying to sleep on the hard floor to releave pain. I get injections in my spine each year of cortozone etc. to deaden the area from pain. the problem will never go away, infact the pain is moving further up because the levels above the fusion are having to bend more than designed to do. Wcb has determined a few years ago that i can work a full time job. I have tryed to do this and first the amount of people willing to hire a guy with a spinal issue that is somewhat unreliable to be there every day is limited. I did get a full time job however had to leave it because of increased pain levels then increased meds and the inaibility to do the job properly. they have since there decision chopped my benifit by a percentage a year from my electricians income of $4000.00 a month to $900.00 a month expected to drop to $600.00 in September then cut off totaly the next year. I will have to rely on other goverment programs even though i have many years paying in to wcb incase i got injured. is this fair. how do I get a review to see who got a bonus to screw me?
