Gas Detector Training

Online Gas Detector Training is designed for persons who may be required to perform monitoring and detection activities with a Gas Detector to ensure that they can perform their work duties in a safe and controlled manner in a confined space or potentially hazardous area.

All of the content in the Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) and Gas Detector Certificate courses is included in the H2S Recognition Certificate course. If you are planning to take both the SCBA and the Gas Detector Certificate Course Series, you may want to consider registering for the H2S Certificate Course Series to increase your knowledge base with basically no increase in tuition.

The Gas Detector, SCBA and Fire Extinguisher courses each require 1.5 hours to complete.

H2S Recognition

Online H2S Recognition is designed for workers who may be at risk of coming in contact with H2S in their workplace.

H2S Recognition requires 5.5 hours to complete, and includes all of the content provided in Gas Detector and Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) certificate courses.
